Terms of Service / Disclaimer
It is the resident(s) responsibility to ensure the appliance is operating as it should under normal conditions^ after any repair and/or installation services are provided. Any abnormalities or defects must be reported to Alberta Home Appliance Inc. in order to rectify any issues that may arise, before any damages to the appliance and/or dwelling is apparent.
Any part failure and/or damages occurring, resulting in collateral damages will be between the manufacturer of said part and the plaintiff, absolving Alberta Home Appliance Inc. from any damages and/or liabilities.
Notwithstanding any previous mentioned statements, all parts and labor carry a 90 day parts and labor warranty from any defects under normal domestic operations.
* Parts and labor warranty covers only the parts and labor involved in the repair mentioned in the above invoice under normal domestic conditions. Any other unrelated repairs in the future are not covered under this warranty period and are subject to a diagnostic, labor and parts charges.*
^ Normal domestic condition of any appliance in dispute will refer to the original user guide and/or any updated version of said documents for any appliance in question and its proper usage, function and user guide reference. Any cost incurred to provide said documentation will be the responsibility of the plaintiff and absolves Alberta Home Appliance Inc. from any fees or charges incurred for such actions
